TAX FREE SHOPPING
We make tax free shopping easy! Simply add your favourite products to your cart and checkout. Once you select your shipping country, all orders leaving New Zealand will receive the "Excl. Tax" price. Please note all orders leaving New Zealand may incur duty and import taxes. All applicable fees are the responsibility of the receiver. An admin fee will apply to any parcel which are returned by customs, as a result of failure to pay charges. This fee will total 20% of the order value.
SHIPPING
We ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding NZ public holidays), from receiving your order from our Arrowtown store. All orders are sent with a fully tracked service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the Tracking Number.
